We bought our home on an impulse (weren't even really looking yet) and she was so responsive, on the ball and ready to stick it out with us without being pushy, despite our initial hesitancy to buy in the dead of winter. She made us feel really comfortable through the whole process as first time homebuyers, explained every step with detail, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Anita de Roover-Hale is an excellent realtor! We worked with her to sell a house during a very competitive housing market in Bend. The listing photos, video, and virtual walk-through were beautiful. She helped us get a couple of appliances fixed quickly. She dealt with multiple coinciding offers, an offer with an imposed deadline, and had us sign a back-up offer. When our buyer tried to back out (or was just trying to get us to lower the price retroactively), having that back-up offer ready was really nice. Aside from real estate prowess, Anita is a go-getter. She's professional but relaxed and personable. I felt comfortable talking to her at any hour and sharing what we really wanted.
